Maybe you should dine in next time. Food obviously tastes better hot and fresh served right away. Any take out food will obviously be soggy and less appetizing. This doesn't just apply to Swiss Chalet or particularly this location. Don't be so quick to judge. P.s. mcdonalds fries stay crispy for months..
